Shipping fees will be calculated at check out.

For our beloved Canadian customers:

• Free Shipping with 200$ purchase (5-7 Business Days)

For our international patrons:

• Free Shipping with 300$ purchase 

• All international orders are shipped using DHL.

For International orders, our product costs do not include taxes and custom duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery.

Refund & Cancelation Policy:

  • All sales are final, no refunds or cancellations. Refunds are issued exclusively for damaged products upon receipt. Be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a damaged item (does not include damage during transit), contact us at within 7 days, providing details of the damages including photos/videos. 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled. If you want to make any changes, kindly email us at
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For a seamless return process, kindly ensure your purchase aligns with the following criteria:

• Must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Must be returned with original tags and packaging in original condition.

• Returns shipping cost is not covered by Ongna.

We at ONGNA, reserve the right to reject returns if they do not meet our return policy. Such non-compliant returns may be redirected to the initial shipping address at our discretion.

Ongna does not shoulder responsibility for international returns. For added security, utilize a reputable courier and insure all packages with a tracking number.

    Address Verification

    • Double-check your address before ordering, including apartment or dorm numbers.
    • Once the package is dispatched, we're no longer responsible. In case of loss or theft, contact your local post office promptly.

    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once a package has been passed over to a third-party delivery system.
